Shipping Policy — Wear Out Your Welcome

At Wear Out Your Welcome, every item is made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner, Printify. This allows us to offer high-quality products with a wide variety of styles, colors, and sizes while reducing waste and overproduction.
Order Processing

All orders are made to order.

Processing times typically range from 2–5 business days, depending on the Printify production partner and product type.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another once your order has shipped.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times vary based on the product and destination. Estimated shipping times:

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 5–12 business days

International: 7–21 business days
Please note that shipping estimates do not include order processing time.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple Printify production partners, your items may ship separately.
If you ordered more than one product, it’s normal to receive items in different packages.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and destination.
We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping because Printify’s production partners have set fulfillment timelines.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Wear Out Your Welcome is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information
If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@wearoutyourwelcome.com and we will do our best to update it before production begins.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
If a package appears lost in transit, reach out to us at hello@wearoutyourwelcome.com and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier or Printify.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Email us within 7 days at hello@wearoutyourwelcome.com

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will work directly with Printify to replace the item at no cost to you.
International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in our prices and are not controlled by Wear Out Your Welcome or Printify.
