Return & Refund Policy — Wear Out Your Welcome

At Wear Out Your Welcome, every item is made to order through our production partner, Printify, which means we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selections, or change-of-mind. However, we always want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a printing or production issue:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and any defects

Once received, we will work with Printify to issue a free replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
Wrong Size or Color Ordered
Because all items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size

Ordering the wrong color

Change of mind
Please review our size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
We can only cancel an order if it has not entered production.
Orders typically begin production within a few hours of being placed.
If you need to cancel, email us immediately at hello@wearoutyourwelcome.com and we will do our best to stop the order before processing. Cancellations are not guaranteed.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit:

We will help initiate a claim with the carrier and Printify
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Returns
We do not accept physical returns as items are custom-produced. Please do not send any items back to a return address or production partner — they cannot accept or process returns.
Refunds (When Applicable)
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
