However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, manufacturing process, product material, and other factors.Many Wear Out Your Welcome products are made to order and produced specifically after an order is placed. We work with third-party production and fulfillment partners to manufacture and ship these products.Because of the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing, minor variations in placement, color, sizing, or appearance may occur between products and may not constitute a defect.Product descriptions, prices, availability, designs, colors, and other product details may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.We do not warrant that the appearance of a product will exactly match its digital representation on your device.

SECTION 3—ORDERS
When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.Payment must be authorized and processed before an order can be accepted and fulfilled.Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including product, size, color, quantity, and shipping information. Because many of our products are made to order, we may be unable to change or cancel an order once it has entered production.If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at hello@wearoutyourwelcome.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production has begun.Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.Products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise expressly agreed by us.

SECTION 4—PRICES, PAYMENT, AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.The price charged will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed product prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or similar charges.
Promotions may be governed by additional terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms regarding that promotion, the promotional terms will control.You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted and agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.


SECTION 5—PRODUCTION, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY
Because many Wear Out Your Welcome products are made to order, orders require production time before shipment. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you discover an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately at hello@wearoutyourwelcome.com. We will attempt to correct the address before production or shipment where possible, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been submitted.

SECTION 6—RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND PRODUCT ISSUES
Because our products are generally made specifically for each order, we do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or other customer ordering errors.|
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly at hello@wearoutyourwelcome.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

Eligible claims may result in a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Other names, trademarks, and logos appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.All rights not expressly granted are reserved. from the Services.

Wear Out Your Welcome is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to offer the Services.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Wear Out Your Welcome. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Wear Out Your Welcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, losses, or damages arising solely from products purchased from Wear Out Your Welcome or transactions between you and Wear Out Your Welcome.
